Alpha Amino Prototype 216 Reviews
Alpha Amino Prototype 216 is “the future in super-amino acid muscle building technology and is specifically designed for anyone who is tired of mediocre results.” This product claims to be scientifically advanced in its engineering and apparently is also a “researched-backed” formulation. This product has been developed with a “lab-proven dosage of amino acids in the precise amounts designed to increase free intracellular amino acid levels and protein synthesis, amplify your anabolic activity and force extreme muscle growth.” Does this sound like the perfect muscle building supplement or what! The only way to be sure is to evaluate the ingredients.
This product has a large list of ingredients. It is broken up into four complexes. The first complex is called MyoExpand (Super Concentrated Amino Acid Complex), the second it named Chain Reaction (Precision Ratio Branched Chain Matrix), ErgoForce (Max-Strength Delivery Amplifier) and finally AlphaDrive (Next Gen Alpha-Keto Amino Fusion). Apparently there was a study conducted at the University of Texas in which it was proven that Alpha Amino Prototype 216 caused a “shocking 216 percent increase in muscle uptake.” Basically this product is supposed to cause muscle growth to occur “at the cellular level.” Unfortunately we could not find any evidence of this clinical trial beyond the boasts of the manufacturer.
If the clinical trial conducted by the University of Texas is an actual scientific study then this product has shown some remarkable results. The problem is that anyone product can claim to have been thoroughly researched and methodically engineered. The only way to prove it is to include the citation materials that were collected through the study. Without this there is no proof that a trial ever took place or that it yielded beneficial results. We do not feel comfortable recommending the purchase or use of Alpha Amino Prototype 216 at this time.

there is a lot of negativity surrounding muscletech products, but prototype does work wonders. i work for muscletech and know for a fact that prototype contains pre-digested aminos. most of the other companies simply sell pressed protein tablets. i admit that a lot of mt products are too hyped up, but not this one.

Zero side effects, killer taste and easy to swallow. Used for one cycle(Bottle) Shape and hardness increased. One main factor was while working out the ability to burn, hold a pump and an increase in strength. So I would call this a super amino Meaning it does a little more than the average amino acid suppliment

Lets first get some things strait, without proper training and adequate protein intake, you wont put on muscle…… -ok, here we go- 1 serving of Pro216 contains 6 pills and is taken 15 minutes pre-workout. I have used other amino tablets before and have had better results and spent less money (optimum nutrition Amino2222). There is alot of hype about this product, and for me, the results werent anything great, or even good at that. ALTHOUGH AMINO ACIDS ARE NEEDED, MOST PROTEINS HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH IN THEM (Gaspari’s Myofusion is excellent) . If that is not enough for you, then do yourself a favor and purchase a less expensive amino pill. Muscletech is selling a name, and the more i try their products, the less i like them, (aside from Anabolic Halo).
