Q. How long have you been training?
A. Since I was in the Air Force in 2001

Q. What was your body like before you started training?
A. I was a toothpick!!!!

Q. How do you keep yourself motivated and on-track through the grueling dieting in the last few weeks?
A. Each day seeing the amazing results knowing how I will look even better in the end.

Q. What is the one key piece of advice you could pass on to our readers?
A. Always stay motivated and don’t give up after a couple months, stay consistent!
It takes time for REAL results.

Q. What is your favorite energy/pre-workout supplement? Protein supplement?
A. I’ve been taking lipo-6 for a while now, I tried liquid caffiene supplements and I was always too
bloated feeling. Optimum Nutrition’s Hydrowhey is my favorite protein

Q. How many days a week do you work out?
A. I train 6-7 days a week

Q: How many exercises per body part do you typically do in a workout?
A: Normally I do around 5-6 exercises

Q: How much weight will you normally gain during the off-season?
A: I don’t really have an offseason since I do shoots all year round

Q. Is it not very hard to exercise and lift on such a low calorie diet?
I am talking about the pre-contest diet. I know you follow a very low calorie pre-contest diet.
Don’t you get hungry?

A. You are def more lethargic than normal, especially since there are barely any carbohydrates to
provide energy. All you can do is train through it!!

Q. Does your social life include others that are not into fitness or competition?
A. Sadly it has majorly affected my social life. My friends don’t really understand why I can’t drink,
cheat on my diet or why I am in the gym for 3 hours Haha

Q. Who is your favorite bodybuilder, fitness model, and/or athlete?
A. Michele Levesque has to be my favorite, she’s a perfect mix of muscle and sexy!

Q. What is your favorite healthy meal?
A. Oatmeal protein pancakes!!!

Q. What is your favorite cheat meal?
A. Cheat what?

Q. What is your favorite exercise?
A. Drop sets of tricep pushdowns

Q. What is that one body part that you just can’t seem to bring up or make it look like you want?
A. There are so many!! Deltoids and calves the most I suppose

Q. What is the best asset of your physique/body?
A. My traps! I have never done shrugs and they are still so overpowering!

Q. What are your future plans?
A. I am moving to Cali so I can get published more frequently! Crossing my fingers for some covers!!!
