Q. How do you start your day? Do you have a morning routine?
A. The first thing I do is my cardio training in the morning and then have breakfast
Q. How long have you been training?
A. I started in 2010, my 1st NPC show was Oct 2010. I have been an athlete all my life though,
starting with ballet lessons when I was 5 yrs old
Q. What made you get into Fitness and Competition?
A. I love to keep in shape! and getting ready for a show is a great challenge
that keeps me motivated and focused!
Q. What was your body like before you started training?
A. I was always skinny until I hit 35 then I had to work a bit harder but I was always
working out and keeping shape since I was a kid
Q. How do you keep yourself motivated and on-track through the grueling dieting in the last few weeks?
A. Its tough ! but I keep myself busy and stay focused !
Q. How do you handle the stress of it all?
A. I shop
Q. What do you feel is the most important thing athlete can have in order to be successful in this sport?
A. Discipline

A. 6

A. 2
Q. What is your philosophy on diet?
A. Eat clean !
Q. What competitions have you participated in and what were the results (bikini/fitness/figure)?
A. I compete in the NPC/IFBB as a bikini competitor
Q. Does your social life include others that are not into fitness or competition?
A. I have met a lot of really wonderful and inspirational people since I started competing

A. My special protein cookies

A. My legs

A. Keep the eye on the prize !
