Q. Lets start here, what is your name?
A.Â Ilona KovacsQ. How do you start your day? Do you have a morning routine?
A.Â The first thing I do is my cardio training in the morning and then have breakfastQ. How long have you been training?
A.Â I started in 2010, my 1st NPC show was Oct 2010. I have been an athlete all my life though,starting with ballet lessons when I was 5 yrs old :)Q. What made you get into Fitness and Competition?
A.Â I love to keep in shape! and getting ready for a show is a great challengethat keeps me motivated and focused!Q. What was your body like before you started training?
A.Â I was always skinny until I hit 35 then I had to work a bit harder but I was alwaysworking out and keeping shape since I was a kidQ. How do you keep yourself motivated and on-track through the grueling dieting in the last few weeks?
A.Â Its tough ! but I keep myself busy and stay focused !Q. How do you handle the stress of it all?
A.Â I shop :)Q. What do you feel is the most important thing athlete can have in order to be successful in this sport?

A.Â I have met a lot of really wonderful and inspirational people since I started competingQ. Favorite guilty indulgence?
