if your trying to get cut I would focus on higher reps or even drop sets and not worry about the lbs that your lifting just a thought for ya. Good luck

there really is none magic protein drink out there. just simple old fashion protein. lets say Optimum Whey protein, or Natures best Zero carb, or Gaspary or ...ok you got the picture, simple thing, EATING is the key, there never was a magic protein drink or fat loss pill that really make you gain weight or loose weight. no there is simple food and you ADDING SUPPLEMENTS to you diet regimen to supplement FOOD or i should say PROTEIN INTAKE.
That is simple as this. So what you need is clean diet, simple Whey protein and just lifting. and again if you want to get stronger you need to lift more, that is the old one :) but the truth is that is the only way, so dot go to the gym and jump on the max and try to get stronger that way. NONONO try to make your lifts count. let say your max is 205, so go to the gym, DO NOT CARE what other thing, grab the bar and do the few warm ups sets just with bar, then go to 75lb, then go to 110, then go to 160lb and then to 210lb and you let me know if you will break you 205 :)
this is just a small hint how to get bigger and leaner, but this is just a very small hint :)

HGH supplements are good aids for workouts.. Depending on your goals, you can take them for post work out, or combine the supplements along with regular exercise and healthy choice of food..
