dont jump into the using stuff, get yourself back, get your body to where it was. it will get back by itself. and you not that bad, trust me on that, i have been in a bit worst situation
like i said, lift, eat, rest for now, and after that depends what you want to do.

Conan,
Dont jump bank into using steroids after such time. I know you might feel that you need to look better, that things will help you loose some fat and you will gain muscle faster. But this is all in your head.
SO.......
Do just few things:
1. Start eating clean, and at least 6-8 meals per day
2. Include some cardio into your training regime
3. Do at least 4 to 5 weight lifting sessions per week
4. Dont even think of skipping a meal

5. Be consistent at least for 6 weeks
6. Then when your body will restore his natural habits which will be: restore fast metabolism, will burn fat and will not store it anymore, will pump blood faster to your muscles. And this is just a few small things.
7. After that you can start your things back again if you want to.
I hope this is will help you with your decisions in the future.

I agree with JW and LM. Get your routine and lifestyle back and prove to your self your are commited before starting anything like that.

Thanks everyone for your advices.
I keep an eye on this side for a wile now and i must say it is the best
bodybuilding side. Some of you people realy know what you talk about.
I stop bodybuilding 3 years ago when after a family tragedy i sufer from
depression and i was taking a lot of anxiolytics (xanax, clorazopate e.t.c.)
I stop traning i stop dieting, basicly i didn't give a shit for me or my body.
For the last 20 months i am back to my good old self and i put my life back in trak. Now my business, my family, everything is going great for me so... i think is time to get my body back to shape again.
I repsect and i will follow your advices.
Any idea where to find a good diet for me?
Please for any advices or ideas for my comeback you are all welcome
I want to get to 85 - 90 kg lean. ( i know is a very difficult tarket but believe me i achive much higher tarkets than that in the last 3 years ;)
Thanks again for all the help

to loose 5kg in 5 days its not that bad, i had that done before and its easy once get back to the clean diet, and training. and it could happen for a few weeks in the row. but sooner or later it will stop. once your body will adjust to the new things you doing. you will loose only a few kg or less, you might even could gain back few kg, but once you past that part, you will loose weight contentiously. its kind of sick, but this is the truth and this is how it works. you just need to know things like that and you cant get discouraged once you stop loosing weight. like i said your body will adjust to it but only for a very short time.
i hope this is will help you to stay focused, and will keep you motivated.
