Confused
Hi all,
I started going to gym at the age of 16. Being a teen then I had no money for any supplements. How ever I was very determent to get my muscles growing. 3 years later I had to stop, I suffered a back injury.
I started gaining a lot of weight. I got my body under control and a few months ago I reached double digits again (99kg) for the first time in years. I am now 32 years old.
I am currently weighing in at 101kg. I am 1.89 meters tall and my body fat is at 23% (this was measured electronically on my wife's elliptical trainer).
I am very determent to get back in shape. I want it badly!
My problem is, what program do I follow and what supplements do I take. My goal is to gain some size but also get toned at the same time (if this is possible). I have been to many websites and read a few magazines. 3 weeks ago after reading the first mag, all seemed to be very simple and easy. I went out to my closest supplement retailer (pharmacy) and asked them what I need. They supplied me with the following. SSN’s MultiVit, SSN’s BCAA 500mg capsules and EVOX Synergy Whey Protein. Then I started looking for a program, found “Jim Stoppani's 12-Week Shortcut To Size” and I have been training on this for 2 weeks now.
I keep on reading magazines and reading articles on the net. Now however nothing is making sens any more. Am I doing the right program? Is the supplements I am taking going to work for me?
Please help.
