Best, way to loose weight.
Well i want to loose some weight, but i want to keep my body shape just more toned but when i loose weight i tend to loose my shape and just look slim all over. Is there, anyway i can keep my shape but i want to make my butt little bigger and more firm. what should i eat and not eat? I am 27 and 179 pound i want to be 150. So please help me out.

i do not know what you eat now, and other things but i guess i just put it out there what food you should eat:
eggs
fish
meat
cottage cheese
peanut-butter
granny smith apple
greens
potato
brown rice
whole bread
whole pasta
and many more items, but i believe that you get the point.
can you get down to the weight you want to be and get better butt and look better 100% YES
that would take some time in the gym and that pretty much it.
