    Default Hot Meatloaf

I got this recipe from M&F mag, but I made some tweaks to it to make it even better.

    3lbs ground beef
    2 cups parmesan cheese
    4 tbsp crushed red pepper
    1-2 Tbsp salt
Dale's steak seasoning (I never measured how much, be as generous as you like)

Mix all these ingredients together into a loaf and put in a pan. Then I like to drizzle some A1 sauce over the top. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, voila! Makes 6-8 servings depending how thick you slice it. I like to eat it with some sauteed squash. It comes out pretty spicy!

Sounds great, my only suggestion is make the loaf but cook it on a slotted broiler pan, that lets the fat run off.
