How do you like the Greek Yogurt. Everybody I know has been raving about it but I have not bought in yet.

    Guys,..
I have found that "Whole Oats" that come in a canister, is great for breakfast, or even perhaps a snack. It fills you up, is extremely healthy, no salt, good for cholesterol and losing weight...

Changed it up a little, took out the muscle milk, replaced it Syntha-6 powder- it's delicous, added a package of instant hot cereal 7 whole grains. I drink half- about 20 ounces for breakfast while I'm working out and after, The other half I sip on during my evening workout.

O to answer your question Jimmy-- I don't know what the greek yogurt taste like by itself, as I add it to the mix. I would guess it;s good , it doesn't mess up my shake and I like yogurt anyway.
