Recommended I have to start by stating that this is not a fat burner, it is a energy supplement. It is designed to give you more energy to train harder and in turn you should see a loss in body fat. Anyways, I'm a bit of a caffeine junkie and do not feel the effects of caffeine much anymore so I wanted to try something new to get an energy SPIKE. Noticed a little increase the first few times taking it but then my body became accustomed to it. Didn't notice any side effects, and it is more or less tasteless due to its pill form. Would recommend if your looking for something to give you a little more energy to get through your work out.
