Recommended I'm on my second bottle of shut-eye and I thoroughly enjoy this product. Its not like I have trouble sleeping after grueling workouts but this product really puts you to sleep nonetheless. Usually when I wake up in the middle of the night, I feel powerless and groggy, but on shut-eye I have woken in the middle of the night a few times to pee, and I noticed that though I'm still tired, my muscles feel extremely energized and almost restless, so I guess that's proof that its working. The morning after I take this product, I feel rejuvenated from my workout the previous day and my muscles feel repaired and look fuller. It is a slow but steady progression in size every day, and is surely a great product for recovery. No side effects other than drowsiness, and it is worth the money in my opinion. There's no other product like it so its hard to compare to anything though.
