Thumbs up What is the Thread all about?

Ok guys and gals, here is what we want to do: Start a thread that discusses some aspect of your workout (i.e. biceps, cardio, lats, etc.) and we will discuss what works for you, what doesn't work for you, and your experiences. We want you to also discuss myths about training that particular area.

There is a TON of experience on this site, and this a great way to help others develop their own work-out philosophy!

What works for one person may not work for another, but it will be great to mix up routines and use your vast knowledge to motivate other posters!

    Yo CoachBeezy03,
I'm a little confused. I had been struggling trying to lift a certain weight with my dumbellles. I took a month off and upon my return, I maxxed the weight I had failed to lift before. I was under the impression when I don't work out at least once a week my muscles begin to weaken.
    What gives?
