Foods: for girls it is different than for guys, you need more fat in your diets. So your diet should contain items like that:

    1.Eggs
    2. Yogurt
    3. Cottage Cheese
    4. Fish (salmon, any white fish)
    5. Chicken breast
    6. Lean beef

For carbs and good fats as well:

1.White and brown rice ( depends on where you at with your prep for the show)
    2. Backed potato (sweet, or baby reds)
    3. Rice cakes (plain)
    4. Nuts
    5. Bread Ezekiel
    6. Granny Smith apples
    7. Water melon

And other fruits as well, but the whole is in balancing meals to your needs, to your look, to your health period. So this very simple things what you need.

For supplements, i am a believer in FOOD, do yo need extra protein, yes you need some. But only once or twice per day, but if you can get it all food in i am better with food, and use supplementation closer to the show. Vitamins, minerals, multivitamins and other supplements to help you lose weight is a MUST have things.

    Ok training:

This is where a lot of people make mistakes. Training is training and there is no difference to me if you a girl or a boy, women or men who is training with weight. The only difference is you a girl and other person is boy. Training is the same to me as i told you before. You find the body-parts where you need to bring most of your attention to first and try to bring it in. And the same time train the other body parts as well, just dont get a wrong idea ;)

And the only thing might be different is, the CARDIO. You might have to do some sprints or other kind of cardio, to help you drop the unwanted fat from lets say tights or butt.

    So the whole idea is:

    1. DIET and the steps in your diet, when to change to what foods depending on the preparation for your show
    2. Training smart, learning your body, adding right amount of muscle to the most needed body-parts. And loosing overall body fat and not forgetting to train the whole body at the same time.

This is a good start for you
