pre workout treatment.
hey guys.
wanted to ask some advice on what you
would recomend for a pre workout powder!
I'm really set on muscle milk however I cannot buy
while I'm over in Germany! need something with alot of kcal
because of the thyroid! also enough protein to get into the muscles
while training!

lol ok here is my secret to you, i know that kind of funny, but this will work for sure
you can get any protein there for a few days or if you do have it its even better.
i mean any. on make it with the milk, get in the store some vanila ice cream, get some chocolate you know when you put it on the ice cream, get some peanut butter, put it all together and drink it.
Ok i know this is a joke, but its not, this is what i did whe i was trying to gain weight, and trust me this is not all what i got in it, and that was great.
I think you good to go on this part ;)

ok big jerry! I'm really in the expiremental phase right now
so I might even try this! normal powders don't do a thing for me
so we try this.

That sounds tasty! This would help pack on the pounds too, maybe try this 2-3 times daily though. and eat, eat, eat!
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
