omg Stacey you look great,i can tell that you are in the great shape,like you said.
but besides that i didnt do anything,just was eating like a mad man.I am getting to the gym as much as i can do and trying to get to the shape i was a year ago.I just want to be the same shape and power and start preping for the upcoming shows,i missed it a lot.
But it was great to see you it relly was.
I am very happy for you,and i wish you the best.

Thanks Z! I feel great! This is the best I have felt and looked ever. I am running about 4 miles every morning now because it is so beautful here. There is a creek that runs along the path and it goes up into a canyon...I'm in heave here! You know how I used to HATE running....INow love it, it's hard not to love it where there is so much beauty here to enjoy. I am going to get into biking and rock climbing too!

I am just glad you are ok from your accident, it could have been worse. Just take your time in the gym and you will get to where you want to be.

Well just for the record...everyone liked mine better...lol. It was a blast. There 8 of us and 6 of us made them. I believe they are now displayed in her front room window.

:) ur turkey's legs r too small for its body (disproportion), maybe ill try to do some drawing, not so sure if it would be better lookin than urs but that would be a great competition :P
