I agree we need to know if there are any medical conditions. If you do some basic research on line you can find a few diets that should help you put on some pounds. You just need to be careful as you can not just go out and eat anything as you need to try and keep your cholesterol under check. I would start with increasing your carb intake. I would stay away form a high fiber diet as fiber makes you think you are full and you do not need that at this time.

It’s really up to you how you go about building your muscle building diet as the choices are endless. Just remember high protein foods, and lots of it. You’ll be on your way to building some serious muscle in no time.

just remember to eat correct amount of protein, too much protein can lead to gaining fat as well. calories what is really important as well. so count your protein for your body weight and you will be on your way.

Genes have a lot to do with it actually. If your going against genes, you have to work harder.

Go carbo loading as often as you can and have a lot of protein.
