herneas
I just wanted to try to find out things on herneas.i have had a double surgery. since at times at work or at the gym i feel pulling in the area.this has affected my work and mainly my work outs.is there anything i can do i want to get back to heavy lifting.

friend of mine had the same thing, and the only think he could do just wait until he could go back to the gym and start very light, once he passed that he was at the full swing again. with that its just a question of how patient you are, because you cant really play with that at all.
give yourself time and you will be fine

i know the thing is i am able to work out when i do lift especially on the bench.is when i really feel it.now my work i fabricate counter tops.so im liftin heavy granite and marble all day.now im not a huge guy im only 6ft 205lbs.my max bench was 310.and with the pain i get when i lift it just doesnt seem like im gonna get there again.i've tried liftin my legs and placin my feet on the bech.im more unstable that way.i know doin that uses more stabalizin muscles.but also when i do that i have to decrease the wait.i've tried the hernea belt that has the little balls that press on the lower abdomin.that dont help except make my lower abdomin look funny when on the bench.dont want the guys around me thinkin im diggin them.lol.
