Multiply the effects of HGH supplements
Multiply the effects of HGH supplements
As surely you have picked up by now, Human Growth Hormone (HGH) comes from one of two places – inside your body or from an outside.
You know that supplementation is the best ways to increase your body's natural production of HGH. Because it is a hormone synthesized from several proteins and other substances, it is particular to your body, and is best when it comes form you. But the trick is to get your body to produce more of it.
There are a number of ways to do this, not the least of which are treating your body better – eating, sleeping, and exercise patters make a big impact on how much HGH your body produces.
Do you want your HGH levels to increase even more? Your pituitary gland produces a large number of hormones. It's a busy little organ! These hormones control everything from energy levels to water balance, reproductive function, and the pace of other glands and what chemicals they produce for you.
If you want to maximise the youthful effects that HGH can produce for you, you need to know that it is controlled by the actions of two other hormones: one that says MORE HGH, and the other that signals LESS HGH to the pituitary gland.
HGH is most often secreted in 6 – 12 smaller bursts over the course of a normal day. By far the largest release is about an hour after you fall asleep. As it turns out, a full night's sleep is one of the most important things.
Heavy muscle workouts are another big contributor to increase the effects of GenF20 HGH in your body. As long as you don't work out immediately before bed (the adrenaline burst of a workout will often prevent you from getting to sleep) a solid workout will signal the body to produce more HGH, and provided that you give it the necessary components – which can be through the use of supplements like GenF20 if need be – HGH levels will increase.
Finally you should increase the amount of protein in your diet. Not to ridiculous levels mind you, as a balanced diet is the ultimate key to eating for good health.
Here's a summary of what you want to do to further increase what GenF20 HGH can do for you.
1) Get a full night's sleep each night, and don't eat starchy or sugary foods (or alcohol) in the last 3-4 hours before bed.
2) Get some form of strenuous exercise at least two days per week.
3) Eat more protein, from plant sources if at all possible (beans and legumes are a great source)
But the overall picture of how HGH works in the body is still far from a 'well known system'. Although doctors are making breakthroughs all the time, there is still a lot that is unknown about how things like exercise and diet help your body produce more HGH.
