Recommended I had been looking into a nighttime recovery product for awhile, because to me, recovery + sleep is the best way to maximize results. ZMA is a proportioned blend of zinc, magnesium, and vitamin b6 that alone promotes free testosterone and growth hormone while asleep. First, the only con is it shouldn't be taken with dairy or anything with calcium because it reduces its effects (so I take my casein with water instead of milk). I take the recommended 3 pills 30 minutes before bed. It doesn't make you feel sleepy or drowsy, but as soon as I laid down, I felt so much more relaxed and didn't want to get up. On the very first night, I definitely got some vivid dreams (spoon feeding an ex girlfriend with mustard). Yeah, yeah some pretty crazy dreams. When you wake up, you almost want to go right back to sleep even if you get 9+ hours of sleep, or that's just me because I always want 12 hours. When you get up, you are a little groggy for awhile, but who isn't when you get up. If it actually raises free-testosterone or the growth-factor I don't know because I don't test my testosterone levels to see if they increased, but I would get just for the great, deep sleep. You can get a 1-2 month supply for under $15 so it's a good value. If you have trouble sleeping, try this out.
