2010 Arnold Classic Mens Bodybuilding - Muscle forum, bodybuilding figure, professional bodybuilders

As we all know this past weekend we had 2010 Arnold Classic which was held in Columbus, Ohio. And like every year Arnold Classic brings more and more people to see that show, and more and more people join this sport not only to get big, but to get healthy. We should have some photos from the Expo later on today.

I am very sorry that i couldn't make it to see this show myself, but i was happy to see All the show online. And if somebody missed this show by some reason, here is the 2010 Arnold Classic Web-cast Replays.

But i was very surprised with placings in the men bodybuilding and Figure contest, but i guess you guys and girls have your own opinion and you will share your opinion with us, what happened and where some athletes should have been placed. But for now i will post Top 6 Men winners.

Kai Greene won 2nd Arnold Classic title.

Phil Heath won 2nd Pace at 2010 Arnold Classic, and personally i think he has the winner. He was bigger, but as tight as always, improvements all over, yes he still lacking back, but it was improved as well. I really hope next year he will take both Arnold and Olympia

Branch Warren won 3rd Place at 2010 Arnold Classic this year, and i was hopping that he could bring the same package what he had at 09' Olympia, but he came same as at 09' Arnold Classic. Legs amazing abd back same as always holding ton of water. But i hope he will redeem himself thru the year.

Dexter Jackson won 4th Place at 2010 Arnold Classic, and i was very disappointed to see him look that off his usual self. Yes he was a bit bigger, but condition wasnt there. I dot know what left for him in this sport.

Toney Freeman won 5th Place at 2010 Arnold Classic. I think he looked really good and its a good place for him. But his weak parts still as same as last year or year before, even tho he got bigger and fuller, but same things missing. But like i said really liked how he looked.

Ronny Rockel took 6th Place at 2010 Arnold Classic. OK this guy is much better and he has been fu...d so many years, and yes this year he places better but i gave him 3rd. But again this is only me and i dont knw what others think, but come on guys please look at his condition.

I will say the same thing as I did on the ladies. I do not know how the judges score these guys when they all look amaizing. Not sure about there exact placing but I would put Kai, Phill, and Ronny in the top 3-4. I have always been a fan of Toney so I would put him in 3rd or 4th. Thanks for the post LM.

no problem at all bigblue, and i do agree with you, when i looked at the night show, Kai came in much tighter and he won the show for a fact, and Phill was 2nd and again i do agree Ronny was 3rd.
