    Default Hey all

    Hey all I am just now getting Back into Bodybuilding after a Motor Cycle Crash. I have been gone for 2.5 Years in and out of rehab. My last Show was 06 Emerald Cup Here in Seattle (Belleview). I am looking to drop about 15 Lbs and gain 30. Before the next Show. If not I will be on the sidelines.
