    Default Hi Guys!

    Just wanted to pop in and say hi. I'm 26, been going to the gym for about 7 years and have achieved a nice body I guess lol. I joined in the hopes of helping out other members achieve the same because for me anyway it wasn't easy at all and sometimes we all could use some advice and motivation :) oh, and I hope to make some friends also!
