The days, weeks and months between contests can be a danger zone for many competitors. Stay on track and continue to improve by learning how to manage all of the post-contest pitfalls and get ahead of the competition with the proper offseason plan.

I am personally attend to your progress throughout the 12 weeks. Through phone updates or e-mail updated, or messenger. Or if you are living in traveling distance, we will meat in person for follow-up appointments.
